Can I have Win Xp in a Win Vista? Please help i dont know about it.

I have Vista currently running.I hate it So Slow :(

Please Help how to upgrade it back to XP


Scared Because in mY College has Win Vista running PC when we tried to Install XP it got freeze up in the Home screen (Company Logo) Sir says the Hard Disk is failed...what i do?

And anyway i can repair the broken one((Hard disk failed one?) any suggestion to install Xp back ? or even VIsta?

You can't install Windows XP is Windows vista because its not possible to install an older version over an upgraded Version.

For installing win xp, make a backup of your files and formet Win vista drive. Now do a fresh install and Install Win XP first then Install Vista.

But the CD doesn't boot up (as i said it's freeze) the Disk failure one

it means i have brought up a New Pc with Vista and when i tried installing XP when the Format option lead out the PC got Stuck in the Logo screen :(

how do i make this repair?

actually, I have heard of a cd containing XP downgrade drivers exists, i was told that, so if i ever get a vista packed PC, to make shore its one that comes with the downgrade disk...so, australia must have them :P

Hey Shalin let me clear it again i have a HDD of 160GB which is failed and doesnt boot up

I tried Installing XP in Vista and after the Format C Drive option the computer stuck up and the HDD failed :(

so much loss for me :(

Ok try one thing....Remove your HDD and plug it into another computer.If it works take all your important data and back it up.Then format the HDD.
If it doesnt work your data is all lost and you will have to take a new HDD
