How to find out if somebody is hacking into my computer.?

Is there any program or software that i can download that will tell me if somebody is trying to hack into my computer. I no there is such things as a keylogger which are somewhat different.

Are there anyways to prevent people from hacking into my computer from another computer?

Run Virus Scans Alot. that should detect if someone is in your computer.

The best way is Try to save your identitle. I mean, IP address from un-protected and phishing sites. Use IE7. It automatically detects vulnerable websites.
