First off hacking is illegal and I think you should reconsider it. But if you are going to hack anyways I might as well help.

Search into google How to make a (game name) private server. would work for most games.

Let me tell you, Game hacking is also known as Reverse Engineering which is not illegal. It is considered as Programming.
