hi! dont be surprised when i say u can make your own animated cursor:rolleyes:
you will need-
a)cursor editor -download it from http://www.freedownloadscenter.com/Shell_and_Desktop/Cursor_Editing_Tools/RealWorld_Cursor_Editor_Download.html
b)a bit of talent:D
OK, let's start now.
Each cursor has a special size. The standard size is 32 x 32 pixels, this makes 1.024 single pixels you can paint in a cursor. Each square = 1 pixel

The editors paint area has a size of 32x32 pixels When you start your first project you will see: this is really small and there's no place to create huge paintings. It's just the right size for arrows and little objects. But in case you try to draw a logo or a face this may becomes a very difficult process... Off course you can draw an object smaller than 32 x 32 pixels too. But keep care, later it may looks very strange on the desktop depending on your monitor size and resolution. It's anyway important to harmonize look of the cursor, monitor size and resolution. CURSOR ANIMATION:
You create an animated cursor just like a cartoon. A lining up of single pictures. Several pictures lined up result in an animated cursor. So you have to create several single pictures in your cursors editor and the editor finally creates the animation effect. In the cursor editor language a single picture is called frame. Several frames are giving an animated cursor. Extensively animated cursors may include douzens of frames. The more frames you include in an animation sequence the more flowing and softly appears the final cursor animation. http://www.anicursor.com/tutfilm.gif
Looks like a cartoon sequence - the IconForge-frame-overview For remaining the animated cursor constantly animated, the frames are always played in a continuous loop. After playing the last frame of the animation sequence the next animation sequence starts again with the first frame of the sequence. This repeats frame sequence for frame sequence. http://www.anicursor.com/anapple.gif
Ready! So you have to keep an eye on the last frame of an animation sequence. From the last frame to the first frame there should be a smooth transition to obtain a flowing animated cursor.
thats enough for now i will post more parts if u like:D
