Weird Problem in my Vista OS > Games like GTA VC, GTA SA .Problem while playing

Ok it's quite a weird problem.as i said somewhere back i have just got my new PC and just last night i restored all my backups.

after my games file was saved on my hard drive i started one to play but quite shocked that games like GTA VC, GTA SA works but it flashes some abcd" alphabets and also some mumbers it Flashes always

is there some problem with my graphic card? or should i consult it to the comapany? (from where i purchased) ?

What is your game screen resolution?

If this problem occurs while running other games rather than GTA series it is the problem of Graphic card .If the problem is not there I think you should consult the GTA people!
