why there is no downloads in downloads section?

That's right. Downloads section is only fo rspecial tools,applications and utilities which ar erequired in modding and other tutorials.

Hey we don't provide applications, We only provide tools which are useful in making Patches. Soon we will have someone who will Keep on uploading stuff in downloads section.
