It's not possible because your Virtual Drive converts the space from one drive into its individual drive space but when you will try to install OS in virtual drive, it won't install since it is also a part of your one of the drives.
So summary: You can't install two OS in one drive.
Answer:No:)
why you want to install it on virtual drive? Install it on hard disk.

You can't do this also because it's not possible for setup on virtual drive to get virtual RAM.
Its not possible in any way because Virtual drive only works when your systm is on and while installing or upgrading, your system needs a restart and then it processes the install.
I hope this has really cleared your doubt.
