I found that your board is set to collect the threads and to be published only after verification by moderator. This is good to maintain the quality of the board, but by the same time this discourages users to post threads. What I think is it would be better if you publish threads instantly and remove if any of them contain illegal or malicious content. This would comfort the users and help to grow this board.

We used have the thing which you are telling but some Stupid spammers came here and advertised their crap sites . We have banned all of them. They were in a large amount and its not possible for any Mod to be online for 24 hrs so we have taken this step.
If we will think that the quality of posts are improved than we will Restore back to original settings.

That's good! But still, I once again ask you to reconsider the matter. Try to find a different solution that would improve your security and let members rest in comfort. Could there be no any other way?

There are too many ways. We have BANNED the IPs of the spammers.
And i am going to switch off Moderation of Posts.

As said, Keeping restriction is good but it discourages others to post.But allowing them to Post without restricting can lead to Illegal adverting and other things
